About Murici
Murici Hapé is our grounding blend. It is made with the ash of the murici tree (Byrsonima crassifolia), which grows across the Brazilian Amazon and cerrado. The result is steady and rooting - it brings you down into the body and quiets the mind rather than lifting you up.
We like it before meditation, at the end of a long day, or any time the head is running faster than the body. Medium strength, with a warm, earthy character.
Made in Brazil and is available in 10g and 20g tins.
A note on use: hapé is traditionally applied through the nose with a kuripe (self-applicator) or a tepi (applied by another person). Start with a small amount, sit with it, and let it settle before deciding on more.
