Refund and Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, you can return it - just email us at info@amazonianplants.com with your order number and we will sort it out together.

What can be returned

To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused and in the same condition you received them, and mailed back within 30 days of delivery. Please email us before sending anything back so we know your package is coming and can confirm the return address.

How refunds work

Once your return arrives and we check it over, we refund the price of the items to your original form of payment. Shipping costs are not refundable, and return postage is paid by you. Depending on your bank or card, the refund usually appears within a few business days.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or something is missing or wrong, email us a photo and your order number and we will make it right.
