This site is run by Amazonian Plants LLC, a small family business in Tucson, Arizona. "We", "us", and "our" mean Amazonian Plants LLC; "you" means anyone who visits the site or orders from us. By using amazonianplants.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. You must be of legal adult age where you live to place an order.

Our products

We sell natural, ethically harvested plant products. Because they come from living plants prepared in small batches, appearance, texture, and aroma can vary from batch to batch, and photos on the site are approximate - your screen also renders colors differently than ours. We may change our product lineup, descriptions, and prices at any time.

FDA disclosure and your health

The statements and product descriptions on this website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Everything we write here - product pages, the library, instructions - is shared for educational and cultural purposes only and is not medical advice. Please talk to your healthcare provider before working with any plant, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a health condition.

Your responsibility

You agree to use our site and products only for lawful purposes. Laws about plants differ from place to place, and it is your responsibility to know whether a product is legal to buy, import, and possess where you live. This matters especially for international orders: if a shipment is refused or seized by customs because of local restrictions, that risk is yours.

Ordering and payment

Prices are in US dollars. When you place an order, please give us accurate contact and shipping details - we need them to get your package to you. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases such as suspected fraud, a product being out of stock, an obvious pricing or listing error, or an address we cannot ship to. If we cancel your order, we will let you know and refund anything you have paid. Like any small shop, we occasionally make typos; we reserve the right to correct errors in prices and descriptions, including after an order is placed.

Shipping

How and when we ship is described in our Shipping Policy. For international orders, any import duties or customs charges are your responsibility.

Returns

Returns and refunds are described in our Refund and Return Policy: in short, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, and shipping costs are not refundable.

Reviews and feedback

If you leave a product review or send us feedback, you give us permission to publish, edit, shorten, or remove it. Reviews should be your own honest words about your own experience. We read every review before it appears on the site, and we never publish your email address. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without owing compensation - though we will always appreciate them.

The text, photos, and other content on this site belong to us (or are used with permission). You are welcome to read, share, and link to it; please do not copy it for commercial use without asking us first.

Links to other sites

We sometimes link to other websites, such as our social media pages or carriers' tracking pages. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Warranties and liability

We put real care into what we sell, but we cannot promise the site will always be error-free or that a product will meet your particular expectations. The site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available".
