Shipping Policy

Every order ships from our home base in Tucson, Arizona, in plain, secure packaging. We pack orders within 2 business days, and you will get an email with a tracking link as soon as your package is ready to ship.

US orders

Shipping within the United States is free. We use USPS and UPS, which usually deliver in 1-4 business days once your package is on its way - so in most cases your order arrives within 3-5 business days of purchase.

International orders

We ship internationally with USPS International services. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout, and tracking is included. Typical delivery time is 7 to 21 days, depending on the destination and how quickly the package clears customs.

Shipments outside the United States may be subject to import duties or customs charges. These are set by your country, not by us, and they are your responsibility as the buyer. Please also make sure the products you order can be legally imported where you live - our Terms & Conditions have more on this.
