Bobinsana (Calliandra angustifolia) in its simplest form to take: a 1:4 extract of wild-harvested bark from the pink-flowered riverbank shrub. One teaspoon carries roughly the strength of a cup of traditionally brewed Bobinsana tea.
The tincture is a favorite for evening practice - a spoonful before meditation or sleep for the heart-opening softness and vivid, sometimes lucid dreams the plant is loved for.
Recommended dosage: 1 teaspoon.
